"Bananas are often times green and crunchy. The store seems to be set up to impede one from getting anywhere quickly...less crap for sale in the middle of the aisles would be greatly appreciated. Digital coupons rarely work and are a PITA...they should ditch them and just give us the sale price...or change their name to Try N Save."

"Jenny in the bakery is a complete savior!!! I had ordered my sons Birthday cake from another bakery... I went to pick it up and they said I never ordered it with them. I was livid as we were a short few hours away from the party. I had hope to try to find something. I called and talked with Jenny and I told her what happened and she assured me that she was gonna help!! Less then an hour later I picked up the cake and my goodness was it beyond amazing!!! I thanked her a million times. Jennys response was something that will stick with me because I have never had this level of amazing customer service before... " It is my job to make the customer happy as best as I can and I am definitely gonna make your son a cake! From one mother to another , I got you!" She definitely didn't have to help me at all but I am soooooo thankful she did!! 10/10 service, product, skills We will definitely be coming back for all of our family's cake orders!!
